Shipping via USPS on all orders. Shipping to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii! You can also choose the option of free local pick up.
All paid orders are generally processed within two business day. We do not ship weekends or holidays, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. Weekend orders will begin shipping Monday and ship in order of time placed over the weekend. Orders placed on Sunday could ship Monday, but quite possibly could ship later. Tracking information will be provided for each order via the email that was used at checkout.
During times of SALES and HOLIDAY EVENTS such as Black Friday, shipping may take longer due to increased number of orders.
Milly's Boutique is not responsible for lost or damage items by USPS. If it shows USPS has delivered and you don't have package, please contact your local postal carrier and post office.
We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and most shipments take 1-5 days but can take up to 10 business days. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
Our return policy for our online store is 15 days from the date you place your order for store credit with a code to use when you are ready or exchange. Once we receive your return in the mail, you will be issued an in store credit. To use the store credit just send us a note on website, Instagram or call and we will give you a discount code to use at check out. You can ship back or return to the store. Any purchase at 30%off or more is final sale.
